The patrimonial collection of our library

 

The patrimonial collection of MINES ParisTech library, going back up to the 16th Century, is constituted of books, periodicals, manuscripts and maps.This technical and scientific collection is particularly rich in documents concerning mining, metal industry, mineralogy, chemistry and machines.

The biggest part of the patrimonial collection catalogues is not computerized yet, and is only accessible by the old paper catalogues. However, the catalogue of books printed before 1900 is being integrated into the database of the library.
